Pool deck leveling with polyurethane foam
Sunken pool decks, gaps along the coping, and water pooling at the deck edge are all repaired by polyjacking — without draining the pool or removing tile.

How it works
Pool decks sink because the soil around in-ground pools is almost always backfilled material that was never properly compacted. Combined with constant moisture from splashing and irrigation, this fill settles aggressively in the first 5–15 years. Polyjacking is uniquely well-suited to pool decks: the foam is waterproof, won't damage the pool shell, and cures fast enough to use the deck the same day. We carefully control the lift to keep the deck flush with the coping and re-establish the slope away from the pool.
Cost
Single-section pool deck lifts run $700–$1,500. Full pool deck re-levels are typically $2,000–$4,500 — versus $10,000–$25,000+ for replacement.
