Concrete step and porch leveling
Sunken or tilting front steps and porch slabs are lifted back to level with polyurethane foam — eliminating trip hazards and water pooling at your entry.

How it works
Front steps and porches commonly sink away from the home because the soil against the foundation was backfilled and never properly compacted. As that fill settles, the entire stoop tilts down and out — opening gaps at the door threshold and creating a visible drop at the top step. We inject foam through the top of the slab to lift the steps back into place and stabilize the underlying soil. The original concrete is preserved, including any stone facing or railings, and the work is typically complete in under 3 hours.
Cost
Front step and porch lifts typically cost $600–$2,000 depending on size and lift height — versus $4,000–$8,000+ to demolish and rebuild.
