Service
Garage floor repair & leveling
Polyjacking lifts and stabilizes sunken garage floors back to level — without tearing out the slab. Most jobs are completed in 2–3 hours.

How it works
Garage floors sink because of soil settlement under the slab, plumbing leaks, or poor original compaction. A sloped garage floor sends water toward the foundation — exactly where you don't want it. We inject polyurethane foam through small holes in the slab, fill the voids, and re-level the floor. Cars and storage shelves can return to the garage the same day.
Cost
Garage floor leveling typically costs $1,000–$2,500 in Canada — vs $3,500–$7,000 for a full tear-out and replacement.
